Community Commitment

SOURCE Care Management is committed to enhancing all of the communities we serve throughout the state of Georgia by working to improve the lives of our members. SCM participates in many community health fairs across the state, often providing free blood pressure screenings and blood sugar checks.
Our Employees often educate local civic organizations, churches, senior citizen centers, as well as many other organizations about how the SOURCE program can benefit individuals in their community. SCM donates resources to a variety of community events and actively supports the Community Health Foundation. We encourage our employees to be involved in the Community Health Foundation which provides resources to many SCM members as well countless other individuals in need. CHF serves Source Care Management by providing assistance and support to our employees in times of crisis; by facilitating our involvement in community projects; and by teaching and modeling the core values of our organization.
As we grow, SOURCE Care Management is looking forward to continuing to expand our community involvement as well as teaming with other non-profit organizations to assist others. We also look forward to continuing to provide communities with more opportunities for employment.
