Our members* and their families are our primary focus at SOURCE Care Management. We truly value the input of them and their close family members who are actively involved in their care. Our Code of Ethics spells out our belief in complying with professional standards of service and honoring the trust our members place in us. Part of that Code is our respect for the relationship we have with them and their families as we work towards the common goal of achieving the best possible outcomes. Our members and their families find comfort in knowing SCM complies with federal HIPAA guidelines, as well as maintaining their privacy.
